Effective Date: 2026-04-29 App Name: Synth Contact: tomeaton@futuralabs.app
Synth helps users manage ticket inventory by connecting to their email inboxes, identifying purchase receipts and related messages, and creating inventory records from those messages.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Synth, including information received from Google APIs such as Gmail.
When you use Synth, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, login information, settings, and support communications.
If you choose to connect your Gmail account, we may access Gmail data that you authorize us to access. This may include email metadata, message contents, attachments, and verification messages when needed to provide the service.
We use Gmail access primarily to identify ticket purchase receipts, order confirmations, and related inventory information. We may also temporarily read one-time passcodes or verification codes when needed to complete user-authorized automated workflows, such as ticket-transfer or account-verification steps.
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Synth.
We use Gmail data to:
We do not use Gmail data for advertising.
We do not sell Gmail data.
We do not use Gmail data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
We do not use Gmail data for creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated profiling.
Our Gmail processing is designed to be limited to the tasks you request or authorize.
We do not retain full copies of your Gmail inbox. Gmail messages are processed temporarily to identify relevant inventory information or complete an authorized workflow.
After processing, we discard Gmail message content that is not needed for the service. We retain only information needed to operate Synth, such as inventory records, account settings, connected-account information, and operational records.
One-time passcodes and verification codes are used only for the workflow you authorize and are not retained after that workflow is completed.
When you connect your Gmail account, Google may provide Synth with OAuth tokens that allow us to access Gmail according to the permissions you approved.
We store these tokens only as needed to keep your Gmail account connected and provide the service. You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time through Synth or through your Google Account permissions page.
After disconnection, we will stop accessing your Gmail account and will delete or disable stored tokens unless we are required to retain related information for legal, security, or operational reasons.
We do not sell your personal information or Gmail data.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Synth, such as hosting, database, storage, security, logging, analytics, and customer support providers. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us.
We may also share information when necessary to complete a workflow you authorize, comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent abuse, or operate and secure the service.
Synth is designed to process Gmail data automatically.
Our personnel do not access Gmail message contents or verification codes unless needed for support, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or troubleshooting, and only where permitted by applicable law and our policies.
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect information. These may include encryption, secure transmission, access controls, monitoring, and limits on internal access to user data.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request deletion of your account or stored data by contacting us at tomeaton@futuralabs.app.
Disconnecting Gmail stops future Gmail access but does not automatically delete inventory records already created in Synth. You may request deletion of those records separately.
We may retain certain information where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or operational reasons.
Synth’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Synth is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users.
